VALLADOLID, 24 May.(EUROPE PRESS) -Adif has put a total of nine homes up for sale through the second public auction system, eight in Palencia capital and one in the Palencia town of Venta de Baños, and the old Gigosos de los Oteros station, in the Cubillas de Los Oteros, in the province of León.As specified by the company through a press release collected by Europa Press, the minimum bidding prices range between 21,845 euros and 39,355 euros, the deadline for submitting offers will end at 12:00 p.m. on June 21 and the award will fall on the highest financial offer received, for the subsequent formalization of the deed of sale.Adif has explained that the offers must be made "necessarily" in writing along with various documentation such as a photocopy of the DNI, a signed declaration that the legal requirements are met, for which a model is provided in the Specifications;an economic proposal according to the model provided in the Specifications and a deposit by means of a nominative check or bank guarantee.Once the deadline for submitting offers has ended, Adif will hold a public opening at 12 noon on June 21 at the offices of the entity's Northwest-Castilla y León Heritage and Urban Planning Department.The details of the auction are available to interested parties at the Adif Northwest-Castilla y León Heritage and Urban Planning Offices, located in the CRC de León building (Calle Gómez de Salazar, s/n - CP 24009.
